Welcome to the activity check page!

This is where you'll record your activity every month. You may submit your comments at any point during the month, but no later than the 5th of the following month. (I.e., June AC is due by July 5 at midnight.)

As of April 2021, the monthly AC requirement has shifted to a roll call check-in, to accommodate for the current turbulent times in which we exist. A comment to let us know you are still in the game is still due by the 5th of the following month. We understand life is difficult and RL > RP but if we feel the roll call check-in is being abused for consistent character squatting, we reserve the right to revert to the self-assessment check-in AC requirement at any time.

You may also complete a a check-in self-assessment for an additional reward. Rather than submitting a string of comments of a certain length or just checking in to say “Yes, I’m still here,” the AC form below asks for a brief summary of activity for the month and one link to a thread of any length that demonstrates either significant CR building, personal development for your character, or a contribution to the game as a whole. These developments do not need to be positive; negative CR and antagonistic behavior are also fine! But the aim here is to focus on what you’re playing instead of how much - quality versus quantity.

While there is no official "bonus AC," players who submit the self-assessment showing proof of activity during the month will receive an additional specialty item claim to be redeemed on a future planet visit. These can be stacked and do not expire.

Only comments made during the current month on posts up to three months past will be considered valid for that month’s activity check. For example: June AC comments will need to be made in June on posts/logs created in April, May, or June. We want to encourage both backtagging and activity in current game events.

The minimum requirement for new characters during the month of their acceptance is only to set up their AC reporting link below. You’re more than welcome to submit a link to a thread of development if it happens, though!

Activity reminders will be given around the first of every month, but no warning list will be posted; you’re all adults and the activity check timeframe never changes. Characters that fail to meet activity requirements may request a strike on the AC post, which will be cleared with two months of full AC, but if you strike twice in a row or fail to respond to AC, your character will be swept. Reapplication for swept characters will be considered on an individual basis and are granted by mod discretion.
